PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building finish coat material which is used for the outer wall of a building, superior aesthetic appearance, and enabling a reduction in the use amount of a surface active agent. SOLUTION: A 2 to 50 mass% spherical synthetic resin filler having an average particle size of 10 to 250 μm with a viscosity of 100-500 dPas when the synthetic resin is stored in a storage container and a true specific gravity of 0.01 to 0.50 is contained in this building finish coat material. An irregular shape can be formed on the surface of the building finish coat material. Since the building finish coat material is lightweight, the working efficiency is superior, and heat insulating property is superior. Since the use amounts of the surface active agent, a film forming auxiliary, and an antifreezing agent are suppressed, the possibility of causing rough surface, eczema, itch, and so forth on a worker who paints with the building finish coat material can be reduced.
