PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge various parts by making the parts uniform at a specified attitude by efficiently transferring the parts. SOLUTION: An aligning and feeding device aligns the parts P in a specified direction by an attitude selection mechanism 50 and discharges the parts P, while transferring the parts P by a moving mechanism. The attitude selection mechanism 50 is in a transfer passage of the parts P, and is provided with a selection rotating body 51 rotated by the parts P. The selection rotating body 51 has a hook 52 rotated by being hooked on the transferred parts P and a selection recess 53 for guiding the parts P hooked on the hook 52 on an outer periphery. The selection recess 53 has a shape to guide the normal attitude parts P', transfer the parts P' by an outside ring plate 2 and drop abnormal attitude parts P" from the outside ring plate 2. In the aligning and feeding device, the selection rotating body 51 is rotated by the transferred parts P in the hook 52, the selection recess 53 of the rotated selection rotating body 51 guides the normal attitude parts P' to the inside, transfers the parts P' by the outside ring plate 2 and eliminates the abnormal attitude parts P" from the outside ring plate 2.
