PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having heat resistance, and excellent in mechanical strengths as film, particularly cutter cut properties, and to provide an optical film using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition includes (A) 99.5-70 wt.% of an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of ≥120°C and (B) 0.5-30 wt.% of a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, and has a haze of ≤5% per 100 μm thickness.
