发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL TITANATE PARTICLES
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply produce a fine powder of a metal titanate (wherein, barium titanate is a representative example) having a sharp particle distribution by a hydrothermal synthesis method. SOLUTION: In a method for producing the metal titanate by reacting a titanium salt with a water-soluble metal salt in water, the titanium salt is a long filamentous titanium oxide, the concentration of the water-soluble metal salt is 0.4-20 mol/L and the particles of the metal titanate are produced by performing a reaction in a stirred state. The fine particles of the metal titanate having a particle diameter of around 1-50 nm and a sharp particle distribution can be produced by performing a hydrothermal synthesis of the water-soluble metal salt (barium hydroxide and the like) and the titanium salt (the long filamentous titanium oxide) while holding in a specified concentration or higher and then the specific surface area of the fine particles can be drastically increased.
