PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-based binding material composition capable of improving productivity while maintaining molding processability. SOLUTION: A curing agent comprising a carboxylic acid (b1) having a ≥200 molecular weight without containing a hydroxy group, and a caster oil and/or a caster oil-based modified polyol (b2) is used as a polyol component, and a main ingredient composed of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and/or a carbodiimide variant-containing diphenylmethane diisocyanate is used as an isocyanate component.
