PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle operable with high efficiency when a used refrigerant is changed to a R1234yf which is a new refrigerant. SOLUTION: In the refrigerating cycle having a compressor, a condenser, a decompression/expansion means and an evaporator, R1234yf is used as a refrigerant, and the refrigerant on the evaporator outlet side is set in the superheating state.
