PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in precision of A/D conversion by easy circuit structure. SOLUTION: In a pulse running circuit 10, a plurality of identical NAND circuits 111-142 in each of which delay time between an input signal and an output signal changes according to the size of a power source or a current source are connected in series, and a starting signal for starting run of a pulse signal is input in the NAND circuit 111. An encoder detects a run position of the pulse signal in the pulse running circuit 10 based on output signals from the respective NAND circuits 111-142, and outputs data corresponding to the run position.
