PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic dispensation apparatus capable of reducing the labor in receiving/carrying medicine containers, etc. to the automatic dispensation apparatus, and making the dispensation work efficient. SOLUTION: In the automatic dispensation apparatus, medicine is collected from a plurality of medicine containers 20 and fed by a prescribed quantity to preparation containers 21 to be mixed and prepared. The automatic dispensation apparatus comprises: a carrier 10 in which at least part of the medicine containers 20 and preparation containers 21 necessary for the dispensation are stored and which is formed in such a shape as not to prevent collection and feeding of the medicine by a medicine preparation; a housing part 31 for detachably housing the carrier 10; and a following medicine preparation means for collecting the medicine from the medicine containers 20 housed in the storage part 31 and feeding the collected medicine to the preparation containers 21. Thereby, a plurality of medicine containers 20, etc. necessary for the dispensation, can be collectively received/carried by the carrier 10 to the apparatus, so that the workability can be improved.
