The invention relates to pharmacology and can be used in producing rectal and vaginal suppositories. The invention is characterized in that the suppositories comprise an active component, polyvinylpyrrolidone as its solubilizer and a medical low-molecular stabilizer and a base and comprise 1,3-diethylbenzimidazolium triiodide and a base comprises hydrophobic, lipophilic base with the following component ratio wt.-%: 1,3-diethylbenzimidazolium triiodide 1,5-30.5-2.9; polyvinylpyrrolidone 6-12 and the rest is hydrophobic, lipophilic base which can comprise cocoa oil or solid fat, e.g. massupol.The invention provides enhanced therapeutic effectiveness and reduction of side effects.
