<p>A memory device cascade method, memory system and memory device are provided. At least more than two memory devices are included, and each memory device includes at least two interconnection ports. The method includes the following steps: the first memory device connects one of the interconnection ports of the device with the PCIE bus cable led out from a control device through Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIE) bus switch card; the first memory device transforms the PCIE signal inputted through the PCIE bus cable into at least more than two couples of the same transformation signals, provides one couple of the transformation signals to the first memory device for use, and outputs other transformation signals to other interconnection ports of the device; the first memory device connects other interconnection ports of the device with other memory devices outsides the device through the PCIE bus cable.</p> |
