PURPOSE: A level and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the lowering of quality and clearness of a marking due to a residue of an oxidation reaction in a base film among a label. CONSTITUTION: A base film(110) is made of resin and is formed on an upper side of an adhesive layer(140). A first ink layer(120) includes metal or metal oxide whose color is changed by the oxidation reaction through the laser. The laser passes through a resin coating layer(130). The resin coating layer transmits the laser to a first ink layer. An adhesive layer and a release film(150) are stacked in the lower part of the base film in order. The resin coating layer is made of the resin hardened by applying UV, an electron beam or heat. The resin coating layer is formed with the thickness of 4 to 12 um.
