PURPOSE: A foaming mat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form atypical crack-like patterns on the surface of the foaming mat in order to improve the mat's appearance and decoration property. CONSTITUTION: A foaming mat comprises: an inner sheet(20) consisting of synthetic resin materials, foaming agent, cross-linking agent, and filler; and an outer sheet(30) consisting of foaming agent, cross-linking agent, and filler. The synthetic resin materials are laminated on at least one side of the inner sheet. A surface cross-linker is additionally added to the outer sheet so as to form atypical crack-like patterns on the foaming mat.
