<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem between an interconnector formed of a heat-resistant alloy containing chromium oxide and an air electrode, and thereafter further to improve an output voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-oxide fuel cell includes the air electrode 103 formed on the other side of an electrolyte 101, and formed of a metal oxide (perovskite type oxide) of a perovskite structure having La, a transition metal, cobalt and iron (Fe). The transition metal is copper or nickel. The perovskite type oxide is represented by LaE<SB>x</SB>Co<SB>y</SB>Fe<SB>(1-y-x)</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, wherein E is copper or nickel; and 0.22<x<1 and 0<y<1 and x+y<1 are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
