<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device which can improve a degree of freedom in mounting a connecting tool to a pulley case without complicating a structure of a shaping mold. <P>SOLUTION: The pulley case 40 is provided with a connecting tool mounting portion 46a into which the connecting tool 28 guiding going in and out of a cable from the pulley case 40 is inserted from the axial direction of a pulley shaft 50, and a case cover 80 is provided with a cover portion 82b covering an opening side of the connecting tool mounting portion 46a. A slide mold shaping a support hole 43b can shape the connecting tool mounting portion 46a at the same time. Only a mounting portion shaping projection for shaping the connecting tool mounting portion 46a is added without increasing the number of the slide molds, thereby enabling suppressing the complication of a structure of each shaping mold. A tilt angle and the like of the mounting portion shaping projection for shaping the connecting tool mounting portion 46a are arbitrarily set, which improves a degree of freedom in mounting the connecting tool 28 to the pulley case 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
