<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber composition which has conductive properties without using carbon black, also has extending properties, and is colorable. <P>SOLUTION: This conductive rubber composition is produced by blending an oil extended rubber with silver powder obtained by a chemical reduction firing method. An oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber or an oil extended ethylene-propylene rubber is used for the oil extended rubber, and preferably, a surfactant is blended therewith. Preferably, 600-1,500 parts of silver powder is blended with the rubber components of 100 parts. The silver powder preferably has a specific surface area (BET) of 0.2-2.0 (m<SP>2</SP>/g), a tap density of 1.0-4.0 (g/cm<SP>3</SP>), and a mean particle diameter (50%D) of 3.0-40μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
