PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which does not disappoint a player needlessly when one of two image patterns both varying is stopped in a jackpot mode. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine has the first and second game effect image pattern displaying means 23a and 23b which carry out variable display of game effect image patterns according to a predetermined change pattern and first and second profit condition on-going processing means 45a and 45b generating first and second profit conditions on the basis that the displaying means 23a and 23b are in a jackpot mode. When an image pattern variation not going to be a jackpot mode is started, if the other second or first displaying means 23b and 23a are in an image pattern variation that can be a jackpot mode in the displaying means 23a and 23b, with regard to the image pattern variation of first and second game effect image pattern displaying means 23a and 23b, a variation pattern not going to ready-to-win is selected.
