<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily return set information of a BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) to a desired state that is previously used by a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A set menu of a basic input/output system is displayed. A change in set information of a menu item selected from the set menu is received. Set information stored in a BIOS storing part is rewritten to the set information with the change received therein. An entry of an identification name to the set information with the change received therein is received.
