PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air cleaner and an intake silencer serving as air intake equipment for engine from being exposed to high temperatures, as well as to configure the intake silencer as an independent equipment so that other models can share it. SOLUTION: In a package-accommodated type engine for accommodating an engine 10 within a package 2, it is configured that an air cleaner 22 and an intake silencer 23 serving as an air intake equipment for engine are arranged in an intake chamber 8A that is separate from a radiator 18 and the engine 10, and at least one wall surface of the intake chamber is exposed to a cooling wind that has been sucked and exhausted by a drive of the radiator fan. When a temperature of an open air is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, a radiator fan 19 is driven regardless of presence or absence of circulation of an engine cooling water within the radiator.
