<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device that easily confirms destinations and a document simultaneously transmitted even if the number of destinations to which the document is simultaneously transmitted is large. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A communication terminal device 1 includes: a transmitting portion for simultaneously transmitting a document 41; a creation portion for creating transmission confirmation information 43 including destinations to which the transmitting portion has simultaneously transmitted the document 41 and a reduction image 49 which is obtained by reducing at least part of an image of the document 41, and for creating the transmission confirmation information 43 including the reduced image 49 per page when the transmission confirmation information 43 is composed of a plurality of pages since the number of destinations to which the document 41 has been simultaneously transmitted exceeds a predetermined number; and an output portion to output the transmission confirmation information 43 created by the creating portion outside.
