<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings having earthquake resistance, seismic control performance and the house restoring function; and a construction method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fittings integrated with a diagonal brace in a diagonal brace end part and the fittings on the structure side, are installed and fixed by a screw spike, and an energy damping elastic body and an earthquake resistant mechanism are arranged between the diagonal brace side fittings and structure side fittings, and house deformation after an earthquake is restored by a combination of an earthquake resistant/seismic response control metallic material, the construction method and a restoring joining metallic material for automatically changing to the seismic response control function from the earthquake resistant function.
