<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-point seat belt device which enables a police officer to easily distinguish the wear of the seat belt device from the outside of a vehicle, and can make occupants aware of the wear of the seat belt device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The three-point seat belt device 10 is equipped with a lower fixing part 12 which extends to the right and left from either right or left one side lower part of a seat 15 to the other side lower part, and an oblique fixing part 13 obliquely extending from either right or left of a lower part fixing part 12 to one side upper part of the seat 15, and fixes a person 14 or an object on the seat 15 to the seat 15 by pushing the lower fixing part 12 and the oblique fixing part 13.
