<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of restraining a warning sound volume in the excessive or wrong use of a warning horn. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 21 which detects the number of times of operations of a horn SW 31 of a horn 34 for warning in a predetermined time or the duration of the operation of the horn SW 31, and regulates the sound volume of the horn 34 when the detected number of times of operations reaches a fixed number of times or larger or when the detected duration of the operation reaches a designated duration or longer is provided.
