In order to achieve this in a process in which data is transmitted by store and forward switching to a visited network (incoming call network) (N13) of a terminal device (MS2) on the incoming call side from a visited network (outgoing call network) (N11) of a terminal device (MS1) on the outgoing call side through one or more other networks (N12) and communication relay equipment items (PF11,PF12) of providers (P11,P12), the address information in the outgoing call network (N11) is maintained without rewriting, and the connection decision in the incoming call network (N13) is accurately performed.
