The arrangement has a ring-shaped piston (7) movable in a pressure chamber (3) of a cylinder body (6) through a pressure fluid. The chamber is formed between an outer cylinder body area (8) and an inner cylinder body area (9), and a sealing unit (13) is provided for sealing the chamber. A ring-shaped stripping unit is arranged between the sealing unit and the piston and has outer and inner stripping areas lying at an inner circumference of the area (8) and an outer circumference of the area (9), respectively, where the stripping unit has a core part surrounded by a soft stripping part.
