PURPOSE: A battery using laser-brazing and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the amount of energy consumption using silver or copper with low melting point and excellent conductivity, and to improve electrical characteristic of a battery by combining an electrode plate and current collector with excellent conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A battery using laser-brazing comprises an electrode plate and a current collector(200). The electrode plates are alternatively laminated between a separator. The current collector is connected by melting and coagulating filler metal. The filler metal(150) is melted by irradiating a laser and then coagulated. The filler metal includes one or more selected from the silver and copper.
