PURPOSE: An optical sheet, a backlight unit including the same, and a liquid crystal display device are provided to improve brightness of the light by concentrating the light through the diffusion by changing a progressing path while reflecting the light by the plurality of diffusion particles formed in the prism unit. CONSTITUTION: A prism unit(134) includes a plurality of diffusion particles(133) and resin(132) formed on a base(131). The prism unit concentrates the light inputted from an optical source. The minimum diameter of diffusion particles is 0.5 um. The maximum diameter of the diffusion particles is 10 um. The plurality of diffusion particles are first beads. A protective layer includes a plurality of second beads and resin in one side of the base.
