<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the saving of heating energy required for heating a material to be molded and shortening the time required for heating and also time required for molding, in the molding of a material to be molded. <P>SOLUTION: In a molding apparatus 10 in which a molding die unit composed of an upper die member 14a, a lower die member 14b, an upper die holding member 15a and a lower die holding member 15b is arranged between an upper pressing member 13a and a lower pressing member 13b which are facing each other at a position opposing in an up-and-down direction and a glass material 16 is mounted between the molding face 14c of the upper die member 14a and the molding face 14d of the lower die member 14b to be molded, saving of heating energy required for heating the glass material 16 and shortening of time required for heating are realized by making the upper die holding member 15a (lower die holding member 15b) which holds the upper die member 14a (lower die member 14b) function as an electric heater h1 (electric heater h2) which generates heat by itself and directly heating the glass material 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
