<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbocharger capable of inhibiting leak of unburned fuel in exhaust gas with a simple low cost structure. <P>SOLUTION: The turbocharger 60 includes a housing 65, and a variable nozzle vane mechanism 70 adjusting flow of exhaust gas by adjusting the angle of a plurality of nozzle vanes 75 and adjusting the clearance between the adjoining nozzle vanes 75, and is constructed in such a manner that a drive shaft 82 driving a variable nozzle vane mechanism 70 is provided, passing through the housing 65 and being rotatably supported by the housing 65 via a bushing 83. Wire meshes 86 capable of collecting the unburned fuel in exhaust gas are provided at an outer circumference of the drive shaft 82 and axial both ends of a bushing 83 respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
