PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the good sleep of a user from the view point of security by executing crime prevention according to the sleep stage of a user. SOLUTION: A biological sensor 10 acquires biological information of a user, and transmits it to a management station 20. In the management station 20, a sleep stage deciding part 24 decides the sleep stage of the user on the basis of the transmitted biological information. When it is decided that the user is not put in an awakening stage by the sleep stage deciding means 24, a security securing processing execution part 26 transmits a control signal to a locking device 42 and a fire extinguishing device 48 to operate those locking device 42 and the fire extinguishing device 48.
