<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting a molten iron-tapping hole apparatus, and the molten iron-tapping hole apparatus with which in the case of constructing a blast furnace, during new-setting or reforming, a period of the construction can further be shortened. <P>SOLUTION: At the setting site of the blast furnace, the removal of the existing blast furnace is performed (Process S12). Also, at a working site separated from the setting site, the furnace body constituting the blast furnace is manufactured, the molten iron-tapping hole apparatus is suitable for the furnace body and a test-running of the molten iron-tapping hole apparatus is performed (Beforehand assembling process S11). The furnace body is conveyed from the working site to the setting site and the blast furnace is constituted by fixing the furnace body at the setting site (Furnace body bring-in process S13).
