摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control technique sufficiently generating the side force between an upper wheel and a road surface while holding a working force applied to a brake mechanism when a vehicle is stopped on a slope. SOLUTION: The vehicle 1 has friction brakes 11f, 11r which are operated with the hydraulic pressure being applied to a wheel cylinder 16 and braking the rotations of wheels 9f, 9r. The vehicle also has: a brake actuator 30 for holding the wheel cylinder pressure at the set value preset to each of the friction brakes 11f, 11r; and an ECU 100 for making control for holding the working force for holding each wheel cylinder pressure by controlling the brake actuator 30. When the ECU 100 determines that the friction coefficient is low, the ECU holds the wheel cylinder pressure of the friction brake 11f for braking the rotation of the upper wheel 9f located on the vertically upper side when the vehicle is stopped in a reduced state compared with the wheel cylinder pressure of the other friction brake 11r.
