<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device capable of being firmly fixed into a shell cylinder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 11 has a recessed portion 15 formed on the whole periphery. In the state of cancelling the constraint of an one-end-side portion 11a of the outer cylinder 11 at its radial outside, when an other-end-side portion 11b of the outer cylinder 11 is deformed to be diameter-shrunk, the one-end-side portion 11a is rolled around the recessed portion 15 back to the radial outside.
