<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure capable of selecting a detection quantity from a gear meshing with a rotating speed, by inputting the rotating speed from a reduction gear part of a switch, for increasing the detection quantity in a lifting position of a shielding member, in a detector having the switch for opening and closing an opening part by the shielding member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A knurling tool 35 of an engaging surface is provided in a gear group 21 inside of the reduction gear part 7, and is pivoted to a transmission shaft 31 meshing with the knurling tool 35 with energizing force of an abutting spring 32. A connectable input bearing 33 is arranged on the transmission shaft 31 by being exposed to an outer peripheral surface of the reduction gear part 7. The detector 30 enables complicated control by inputting a rotation quantity much by being connected to the input bearing 33 by projecting an input shaft 34 for inputting the rotation quantity.
