PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a refrigerator for business use preventing clogging of an evaporation body within an evaporation pan to reduce labor on maintenance etc. SOLUTION: The refrigerator for business use includes a drain pan 23 for receiving drain water from a refrigerator body 1 and with the evaporation pan 25 arranged downwardly from the drain pan 23 and evaporating drain water from the drain pan 23. The evaporation body 27 for absorbing and evaporating drain water is stored inside the evaporation pan 25, and an inverted V-shaped siphon tube 29 for sending the drain water within the drain pan 23 to the evaporation pan 25 is arranged on a left wall 23a of the drain pan 23. In the siphon tube 29, a lower end opening 29a on one side opened within the drain pan 23 faces the bottom face of the drain pan 23 leaving a predetermined gap, and a lower end opening 29b on the other side opened outside the drain pan 23 faces the bottom face of the evaporation pan 25.
