PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing bag having an easily grippable body part and showing excellent cost performance. SOLUTION: The self-standing bag 10 includes a pair of body part films 11 forming front and back surfaces and a bottom part film 12 turned up to the upper side of the bag in a mountain shape. The bag has incisions 21 each having a predetermined length in a side seal parts 16 made by integrally joining both margins of both the body part films 11 and the bottom part film 12 along the up-down direction of the bag with the bottom part film 12 inserted between the lower parts of both the body part films 11, preferably in the portion near from the upper end of the lower side seal part 18. When the side seal parts 16 are pressed in the widthwise direction, the side seal parts 16 are turned up from the incisions 21 as starting points. Further the self-standing bag 10 has a folding line 22 including fine holes or recesses along the vertical direction of the bag in each side seal part 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
