PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool of a spinning reel, which hardly generate looseness on a spool shaft by suppressing cost increase. SOLUTION: The spool 4 of the spinning reel can be mounted on a non-circular portion 15a formed at the chip end of a spool shaft 15 capable of being horizontally moved to a reel body and incapable of being rotated, and have a spool body 7 and a bearing member 8. The spool body 7 includes a line-winding trunk portion 7a on which a line can be wound, and a drag-receiving portion 7d formed in a state capable of receiving drag washers 62a to 62c in the inner peripheral portion of the line-winding trunk portion 7a. The bearing member 8 includes an engaging hole 8a capable of non-rotatably engaging with the non-circular portion 15a of the spool shaft 15, and is a synthetic resin cylindrical member disposed on the inner peripheral side of the line-winding trunk portion 7a and rotatably supporting the spool body 7.
