<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by simplifying the structure of a mold, to raise workability in skin setting work, and to improve moldability by eliminating the dislocation of the skin in a method and the mold for molding a resin molding with the skin stuck partially. Ž<P>SOLUTION: As a skin 30 holding mechanism in the mold 40, a vertically movable skin holding outer frame 70 is arranged on the periphery of the product cavity C of a lower mold 60, and the circumferential terminal 30a of the skin 30 is clamped/held by the skin holding outer frame 70 and an upper mold 50 when the skin 30 is set. When a front side terminal 31 arranged along the parting line L of the skin 30 is held in the concave groove 64 of the lower mold 60 corresponding to a grain-charged groove 21, the front side terminal 31 of the skin 30 in the concave groove 64 can be held simply by a skin holding project 80 formed in the concave groove 64 and the upper mold 50, and the setting dislocation of the skin 30 is eliminated to improve moldability.
