<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration from being transmitted from an intercooler to a vehicle body and to protect the intercooler when receiving impact from the front of a vehicle, in a supporting structure of an intercooler equipped with a pair of right and left tank parts provided on both ends in the vehicle width direction, sandwiched by a front bumper and a side support in the vehicle front and rear direction, and extended in the vehicle width direction in a space above a crash box in a vehicle vertical direction, in which each tank part of the intercooler is supported in the vehicle in two upper and lower locations via an upper bracket and a lower bracket. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pipe connected to each tank part of the intercooler is extended to the rear of the vehicle through a through-hole formed in a side support, and the intercooler is fixed to the crash box via the upper bracket and lower bracket.
