<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book widely openable between centerfolds without sacrificing strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a book with a plurality of paper pieces bound, a transparent resin sheet is stuck to a printed piece 12 printed with printing parts and a binding margin piece 14 disposed in parallel to the printed piece 12 with a given space from both sides keeping the space, the printed piece 12 and binding margin piece 14 covered with the resin sheet are formed into a paper piece connected with a connection part 18 of the transparent resin sheet, the plurality of the paper piece are superposed and bound with the binding margin piece 14, and a back cover 20 with a U-shaped section covers the portion of the binding margin piece 14 and the portion of the connection part 18 and is fixed to the binding margin piece 14.
