<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method of an automatic calibration transducer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus of the automatic calibration transducer includes: an oscillator which generates system frequency; a micro controller which receives the system frequency; the count unit which is installed in the micro controller, and generates a clock signal based on the system frequency; and a transducer which receives the clock signal, generates a plurality of trigger signals, feedbacks the trigger signals to an interrupted signal input end of the micro controller, which is connected to the transformer, and generates an output signal after trigger through each of the trigger signals. Thus, the micro controller can dynamically adjust trigger signal frequency based on change of the transducer output signal frequency.
