<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inducing joint plate which can minimize cross sectional fracture of a concrete construction while exerting crack inducing effect, and to provide a crack inducing structure of the concrete construction using the inducing joint plate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inducing joint plate 1 is obtained by longitudinally arranging and protruding a plurality of anchors 3 on a single surface of a thin strip plate 2. Then the inducing joint plate 1 is arranged in a form for molding the concrete construction in a manner making contact with a form panel while the anchors 3 are faced inward. Thus the inducing joint plate constitutes a crack inducing joint. Each anchor 3 is formed like a cylinder having an enlarged diameter head 3a at the tip thereof, and a bolt fastening screw hole 3b which opens in a surface of the thin plate 2, opposite to the surface from which the anchor 3 is protruded.
