Provided are an apparatus and method for measuring blood-glucose using an electrophoresis phenomenon. The non-invasive blood-glucose measuring apparatus using an electrophoresis phenomenon includes: two different extraction electrodes; an extraction electrode alternating unit applying constant current to one of the two extraction electrodes; and a microprocessor generating a control signal for selecting one of extraction electodes.
