PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence emitter by black light excellent in designability, weatherability, flaw-proof and the like, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The fluorescence emitter is characterized in that a fluorescent material is adsorbed into pores of porous anodized coatings. The fluorescent material mixed with transparent ink having the nature of promoting pore adsorption is easily adsorbed into the pores.
