PURPOSE: A drill punching jig of a round pipe for a handrail is provided to obtain the structural stability of a balustrade rail and a baluster by processing a bolt hole to couple balusters on the same line. CONSTITUTION: A drill punching jig of a round pipe for a handrail comprises first and second jigs(100,200), a drill bush(300), and a locking unit(400). The first and the second jigs are formed by vertically dividing a cylinder. The cylinder has a curvature inside diameter corresponding to the outer circumference of the round pipe for a handrail. The first and the second jigs are coupled through the hinge to rotate. The drill bush is attached to or detached from the outer periphery of the first and the second jigs. The drill bush has a drill guide hole(302). The drill guide hole is connected to the inner periphery.
