<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground burial transmitter for accurately implementing underground environment monitoring for a long time, and eliminating a necessity of maintenance of a transmitting antenna system. <P>SOLUTION: The ground burial transmitter guides a light such as a sunlight to the underground by using an input side optical system apparatus 21 and an optical fiber 31, converts the guided light into electric power by a solar cell 41, utilizes the electric power by storing the electric power to an electric double layer capacitor 43, has a constitution for eliminating a power supply cable for connecting amplifiers 19 for transmitting antennas above and under the ground, charges and discharges the electric double layer capacitor 43 while the electric double layer capacitor 43 is buried, eliminates a necessity for drawing the electric double layer capacitor 43 on the ground so as to charge it, and leaves a transmitting dipole antenna 1 under the ground for a long time without changing a location. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
