<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric and electronic unit can greatly improve designing versatility of their housing, greatly reduce their weight, and greatly simplify their assembling works. <P>SOLUTION: On an inner face of a main housing 4 of a door-mirror winker built into a vehicle-use door mirror as an electric and an electronic unit, a wiring pattern for light-emitting diodes 5 is integrally formed as an electric and an electronic unit. For this, no more printed wiring boards nor wirings that have been hitherto necessary are needed between the main housing 4 and a sub housing 6 of the door-mirror winker. As a result, designing versatility of the main housing 4 as well as the sub housing 6 is greatly enhanced, and at the same time, a total weight of the door-mirror winker is greatly reduced.
