<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce flash included in mail by simple processing. <P>SOLUTION: This mobile type compact communication equipment includes: a mail reception means for receiving mail; a flash player for reproducing flash; a display part for displaying a flash reproduced by the flash player; and a control means for, when one reception mail is selected from the list of mail received by the mail reception means (figure a), determining whether or not specification information to specify that mail includes a flash is included in the header information of the mail, and for, when the specification information is included, starting the flash player.
