<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utensil for pickles capable of continuously applying pressure to pickles in a vessel when preparing pickles, because if pressure is not applied to vegetables, etc. to be pickled in the vessel in preparation of pickles, the vegetables, etc., to be pickled are only sealed in the box. <P>SOLUTION: In a body of utensil for pickles, ends of open-type springs 3 are roughly fixed to an upper lid 1, while ends of open-type springs are similarly fixed to holes of an inner lid 6 and when the upper lid 1 is pressed along rods until a key 5 is locked, vegetables, etc., to be pickled are continuously pressed by the pressure of the springs 3.
