PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely estimate the amount of the dyes of a dyed specimen dyed by a plurality of the dyes. SOLUTION: The spectral characteristics estimating part 141 estimates the spectral transmittance (estimated spectral transmittance) at each wavelength at the corresponding point on a corresponding target specimen on the basis of the pixel value of pixels constituting the image of the target specimen. A weight setting part 142 sets the weight value at each wavelength used when the amount of the dyes is estimated on the basis of the estimated spectral transmittance at each wavelength and a weighted dye amount estimating part 143 estimates the amount of the dyes at the point of the target specimen using the weight value at each wavelength on the basis of the estimated spectral transmittance at each wavelength.
