MOLD FOR VULCANIZATION OF TIRE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for vulcanization of tires which is capable of preventing vulcanization defects by ensuring stable evacuation and has excellent maintainability and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A fine-width hole 3 of a predetermined shape formed in the tire molding surface 2a of a mold 1 for vulcanization of tires and an evacuation hole 5 formed in the back surface of the mold 1 and extending linearly toward the fine-width hole 3 are made to communicate with each other. A blade 6 is inserted into the fine-width hole 3 until coming into contact with the bottom surface of the fine-width hole to embed the blade in the tire formation surface 2a. A fine clearance g is formed between the embedded blade 6 and the fine-width hole 3 and made to communicate with the evacuation hole 5, and unnecessary air and gas are discharged out of the mold 1 through the fine clearance g.
